Joanne advises on Compliance and regulatory processes in the UK Gambling market. She was a time served Commercial Operator with Mecca Bingo, was one of the first hires for the new UK Gambling Commission when it launched in 2007, and she now runs her own advisory business focussed on all aspects of UK based gambling.

Chris has over 30 years’ experience in the forefront of the Entertainment Gaming industry, holding senior positions at Granada Theatres, Gala Bingo, the Gala Coral Group, Beacon Bingo and Praesepe PLC.

Over the last 35 years Phil Gibbs has worked in numerous roles for Bass Leisure, Gala Bingo, RAL Ltd, Talarius and Praesepe. At various times each of these companies has been the largest AGC & Bingo Operator in the UK gaming sector.

Bill has over 40 years operational experience at clients’ disposal, the last 25 years operating at board level in PLC and Private Equity backed businesses in the Gaming, Leisure and Retail sectors.

Ian is a hugely experienced gaming operator across numerous disciplines and Industry sectors. Looking to share this knowledge in either Non-Executive or ad hoc interim consultancy roles

A time served Finance Executive, Angela has significant experience in the Leisure and Gaming Industry.

Jason Frost is the current President of the Euromat organisation and is a past President of Bacta. He is an experienced Casino Executive who now runs his own UK gaming business in parallel with a significant UK Compliance verification business.

Nick has over 40 years’ experience in the Gambling sector and worked in a number of senior positions for Coral, Bass, and the Rank Group before leading the MBO of the Amusements business (RAL) from Rank in 1996. RAL Limited became the leading operator in the AGC sector, with 129 venues, and in 2004, this was sold to Talarius plc with Nick becoming CEO.

Craig has over 30 years of operational experience as a senior manager and director with some of the best blue chip and private leisure companies within the UK.

For five years he was Managing Director Development Europe for Caesars Entertainment and was a non-executive board member of Groupe Joa, a French casino operator with 22 casinos distributed throughout the country.

Russell has extensive experience in pub gaming and retail leisure as an operator and at board level. He provides gaming data management services and also F&B consultancy and design and build solutions to the leisure retail sector. He would like to gain NED experience.
